KATELYN PETRILLO, CPCE, DMCP
Vice President, Event Operations
Katelyn brings nearly 16 years of experience in the Special Events Industry, with a robust background in operations and a focus on Event Design and Production across various sectors, including Social Events, Corporate and Association meetings, and high-end Incentive Travel.
In 2019, Katelyn was recognized by Special Events Magazine as one of their "Young Event Pros to Watch" and was honored by Hosts Global for her outstanding leadership and commitment. Furthermore, in 2024, she received the ADMEI Joanne O’Connor President’s Award for her contributions to the ADMEI Board as Co-Director of Education. Katelyn has served as a Director on the ADMEI Executive Board, Co-Chair of the Education Committee, and Chair of the Conference Committee, playing a pivotal role in advancing professional development within the DMC industry. She holds the following certifications: Destination Management Certified Professional (DMCP), Certified Professional of Catering and Events (CPCE), and Emergency Preparedness Certified Professional (EPCP).
TAYLOR FISCHER
SENIOR MANAGER, EVENT OPERATIONS
We are thrilled to welcome Taylor Fischer as our new Senior Manager of Event Operations at Designed Event. With a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management and over eight years of experience in the luxury hotel sector, Taylor brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.
Taylor's impressive career spans across San Francisco, Georgia, and Boston, where she has honed her skills with a focus on food and beverage. Her extensive experience in event operations covers both social and corporate events, as well as working in the Destination Management Company (DMC) business. In this capacity, Taylor has developed expertise in transportation management, site visits, contract negotiations, budget management, excursions, event design, and operations.
We are excited to have Taylor on board and look forward to the incredible contributions she will make to our event operations team.
